“Wednesday night is the highlight of the week. My 2 weeks were spent sipping and singing at the bar with family and our friends of weeks 46,47 for the past 20 years. Rickie is the best with his staff at make you feel like part of their family. Great drinks, apps and Rib night the best on the Island.Where else can you watch the sunset and Monday night Football at the Bar.”

This was our first trip to Aruba, and Matthew's was the ONLY restaurant we went to while we were there! The staff was fun, and welcoming no matter the hour of our arrival. We all had a great time, and would highly recommend your restaurant to anyone headed to Aruba! We enjoyed every aspect of our visit to your wonderful establishment. Our stay at Casa Del Mar was wonderful= the staff, the amenities, the beach!! How fabulous! Kudos! We hope to return again next year!!!

“We were also in Aruba 10.24 - 10.31. Our 3rd time on the island. Went to Matthew's because we had a 10% coupon on Tuesday. Food (ribs & shrimp, but the veal sweetbreads were awesome!), service and atmosphere were fantastic! Went back on our last nite. Was even better! The chicken kabob my wife got was enough for 2 people and the best! We rarely get chicken at a restaurant, but this surpassed our expectations significantly. They pour a good drink. The wine selection is not bad. The prices are very reasonable. We are making Matthew's one of our Favorites now. Don't hesitate to go for happy hour and stay for the great dinners! ”
“I spent Oct 24th thru 31st there. Went to the Halloween party on Wednesday and again on Friday night. Had a great time. Jorge thanks for the service it was great. Friday night was such a treat. Will be back. Enjoyed three meals there and was Fab. ”

“What a terrific addition to our Honeymoon!! Jorge, Ricardo and William made such an impact on our vacation! We highly, highly, highly recommend you visit Matthew's. We attended the Sunday Brunch, almost every happy hour – the live music was fantastic, it was different every night. Karaoke night is off the map, and of course the food is outstanding – def sit in the 'special chairs' and watch the sunset. We met great people, and friends for life at Matthew's!
By the way, we are from Long Island, NY, and are very used to prompt service – Matthew's was the only restaurant in Aruba (& we went to many fine dining restaurants while we were down there) that matched/exceeded the service you would get in NY.”
“Just returned from my week in aruba and have to say the meals I had at Matthews were by far the best I had in Aruba !
I had just heard of Matthews prior to my trip so we made it our first dinner upon arriving. Absolutely wonderful food and service. The goat cheese and prociutto appy was to die for as was the grilled grouper. My last night in Aruba I gathered my beach friends and we headed back to Matthews for my final night. I wanted to share with the them the divine food and service and we were not disappointed. The lobster kabob special was sublime. Thank you for the spectacular meals and delightful and professional service.

“ We are retired and do extensive traveling. We visited Aruba for the first time during the fist part of June 2009 and stayed at Casa Del Mar Beach Resort. Matthew's Beachside Restaurant is located on the premises.
Matthew's is a must place to visit. Don't miss Tuesday's Rib Dinner and Wednesday's Karaoke Night. The food is excellent and the drinks are superb- Matthew's has THREE happy hours. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The managers, Ricardo, Jorge, and Anky are the epitome of service. Chef Ruben goes out of his way to make you feel like he is only cooking for you. Bartenders Willy, Humphry, and the girls are excellent.
We own a timeshare is Cabo but we will definitely spend more time in Aruba, especially at Matthew's the past two years. Ricardo as well. Love the noon time happy hour, and the 4-6 happy hour too. Great Wednesday party. Thanks to Diana, Shiv, and William. Hope to see y'all next year.”

“Hi, Just wanted to comment on the exemplary service we received during our last stay in Aruba back in october. We usually spend Happy Hour and an occasional breakfast / lunch at Matthews. But this year during the storm Matthews seemed to be the only place to accomodate us for dinner. It turned out to be a pleasant surprise and we ate there for three times at dinner. Even under extreme conditions, we were made comfortable & were served an outstanding meal with pleasant service. We will return again this year...Thank You!”
